Major win for 360 Solutions - 15/01/2010
360 Solutions have just been awarded a high value 3 year contract by a top 10 law firm to roll out a 5 site IPVPN (also known as MPLS).
Oliver Marsden, the director most involved with the project, explains why...
" We are very pleased to have been chosen to partner with one of our existing corporate law firm clients on this project. The three year contract is worth nearly half a million pounds and there was a good deal of competition as you would expect.
We won the contract as our IPVPN offering was unique in that we were able to provide an MPLS networking solution with all the features (e.g. multiple protocols and QoS) of a traditional expensive carrier-based solution but at a fraction of the cost.
Our provisioning and management software means that the clients IT team are able to easily integrate and control leased lines and broadband from different network operators. There is no complicated hardware or configurations at the customer sites either as everything is controlled in the cloud and this was very appealing. "
More on this and other similar IPVPN successes to follow soon
